Teams can be an enormous source of creativity and support in organizations. However, teams can at times get stuck in destructive patterns. We work with teams of all kinds, including Boards, management teams, departmental and interdepartmental groups, and coalitions, to develop trust, effective communication and processes, and collective decision-making methods.
