Through coaching, we work to unpack your work style in relation to co-workers and/or direct reports; support scenario planning; think through major transitions such as hiring, termination, staff advancement; analyze department and organizational structure; and facilitate self care. We provide thought partnership, opportunity for reflection, and prioritizing. We can work with you in person, over the phone, or using other technologies that allow us to share screens and get to the nitty gritty of what you are struggling with.
